Project Manager at Next Generation Technology Solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Create scripts, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts to meet functional requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications via APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and recommend improvements for the platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Catalog development.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Note: This is a full-time on-site role at our Lahore (Gulberg) office.

Working hours are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PKT to align with international client time zones.
