We're Hiring: Senior Business Developers – IT Software Industry

Code Xperts is on the lookout for passionate and driven Business Developers to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and knows how to generate impactful leads, we want to hear from you

  • Lead generation via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor, and similar platforms
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Enhance company visibility and digital presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with company services
  • Must have experience in managing Fiverr and Upwork profiles
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation (IT industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to generate leads and successfully close projects on Fiverr from Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
  • Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Location: Onsite – Lahore
  • Compensation: Basic Salary + Incentives (after probation)
