
HR and Admin Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detailed orientedHR and Admin Executiveto support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle HR operations, recruitment support, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking.
- Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and orientation.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR matters.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies & assets management.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
- Support compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Any other HR & Administration responsibility assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
