Job Title: Manager HR and Admin

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Human Resources and Administration department.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills is required to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Proficiency in the tendering process and ability to work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in office administration is mandatory to ensure effective management of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing administrative tasks, including but not limited to, record-keeping, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Word and Excel at an advanced level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the tendering process and ability to work with ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a similar role.
