About the opportunity
  • Lead in-depth business performance analysis to uncover key insights supporting the MD in strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process for the country—setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Track and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Manage and support high-priority, sensitive matters for the MD office, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
  • Lead the data management function for the local market and liaise with the regional business analytics team for effective data support and management of BI for the country.
  • Act as the core data lead for the country, identifying gaps in performance visibility for different functions and their analytics teams.
What you need to be successful
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; experience within a strategic/central function is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Management Science.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and designing scalable, efficient queries to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership in managing the entire data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases supported by data, with a deep understanding of statistical modeling.
  • Experience creating data visualization reports using Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience mentoring and developing analytical teams, fostering innovation, and aligning team outputs with organizational objectives.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python for reproducible data analysis and familiarity with advanced analytics workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines with tools like Airflow, is a plus.
