Overview

HM Foods, a vibrant sole proprietorship based in Peshawar, Pakistan, specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality food and beverage products. We are looking for an On Rotation Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences, focusing on local flavors and traditional recipes.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and create a variety of dishes as per the menu and seasonal availability.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure efficient rotation of stock and minimize waste.
