As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for creating test strategies for complex projects with remote teams and developing automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting multiple scrum delivery teams with estimation, planning, and strategy for testing Web and Mobile applications.
  • Owning test coverage, defect reporting, and metrics.
  • Establishing and enhancing automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing.
  • Advocating for QA best practices across teams and establishing checks to prevent regressions and issues.
  • Leading initiatives to improve processes, investigate tools, and develop test frameworks for future projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant testing or development experience.
  • Strong manual testing skills, ISTQB preferred.
  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Scripting skills in Python or Java are helpful.
  • Experience with Test Automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of cloud tools such as Git, Drone CI, Argo CD, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely with agile teams.
