Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional to grow their career in quality assurance automation while working on cutting-edge projects that transform how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Development : Build and maintain automated testing frameworks from scratch using industry-standard tools
• Test Automation : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test scripts to ensure product quality
• Manual Testing Excellence : Perform thorough manual testing with strong attention to detail and user experience
• Problem-Solving : Apply analytical thinking and debugging skills to identify, isolate, and resolve complex issues
• Customer-Centric Testing : Think from the end-user perspective to identify potential issues and edge cases
• API & Integration Testing : Conduct comprehensive API testing and integration testing across multiple systems
• Continuous Integration : Develop and maintain test frameworks that support CI/CD pipelines
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all software meets functional, performance, and reliability requirements
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and strategies
• Documentation : Create clear, detailed bug reports and maintain comprehensive test documentation
  

Required Qualifications
Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java , TypeScript , or Python
• Automation Frameworks : Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium
• Testing Tools : Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• API Testing : Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing methodologies
• Version Control : Experience with Git and version control systems
• CI/CD : Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent line-by-line debugging skills
• Ability to create test frameworks from scratch
• Detail-oriented approach to manual testing
• Customer-focused mindset for identifying user experience issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks
• Database testing experience and SQL knowledge
• Understanding of security testing principles
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
