Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist in Medical Billing with proven experience in Medical Billing Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and contributing to the overall growth of our sales pipeline in the healthcare sector.
Candidates with no relevant experience in Medical Billing Sales will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and qualify opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices.
- Clearly communicate our medical billing services, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed and accurate records of activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets related to outreach and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Medical Billing Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and outbound sales tools.
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in cold calling and high-volume outreach roles.
