This is Full-Time, Onsite Position, for a US based Company.

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the medical billing industry to identify and qualify high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices who require billing services. This role involves researching, cold outreach, and coordinating with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the healthcare sector, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.

Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.

Understand and communicate the company's medical billing services and solutions to potential clients.

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of leads in the CRM system.

Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with prospective clients.

Follow up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales pipeline.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve targeting and messaging strategies.

Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of medical billing services, terminology, and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers or billing companies.

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and U.S. healthcare system.

Previous experience in a remote sales or business development role.

Salary - Negotiable
Working days - 5/week
Timings - 6:00 PM - 1:00AM
