Job Purpose:

  • Oversee operational domains including Fuel, Electricity , Security, and Managed Services vendor management.
  • Review, implement and ensure compliances for the contracts & process as per company policy.
  • Assist the supervisor in overseeing, planning, monitoring, and tracking regional responsibilities, projects, and tasks.
  • Contribute to policy formulation, process improvement, risk identification, and the development of internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting RCTO/Deputy Director & relevant FOPS Manager in overall management and standardization of field operations.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders at regional as well as HQ level to ensure policies compliance as per guidelines and processes of the company.
  • Assist regional FOPs for timely reconciliation of monthly KPIs & penalties as per SLA & KPIs delivery of MS contract.
  • Follow up & coordinate with MS vendor & FOPs for MS contract SOW compliances, penalties & payments reconciliation and timely clearance of monthly payments to ensure MS cash flows for smooth operations.
  • Oversee Electricity management for region that includes site load criteria revision, high bills reconciliations, transformer & sanction load enhancements, E & F-Tax removal from bills, timely processing of electricity bills, faulty meters rectification, coordinate with DISCOs/NEPRA/Authorities/Government for invalid billing correction.
  • Fuel management of North region for BTS, Core sites & Repeaters to ensure the achievement of Fuel/DG targets.
  • Follow up with MS vendor & FOPs for fuel control and resolution of unjustified fuel, EAS/RMS faults, fuel transactions & dispersions discrepancies and targets achievement as per policy.
  • End to end Security management of North region.
  • Analyze and identify security risks/gaps and suggest/implement improvements plans to ensure assets security.
  • Follow up with MS Vendor, FOPs and LEA for theft reporting and recoveries. Coordinate with LEA, FOPs, MS Vendor and site acquisition for the resolution of problematic owners and litigation cases of BTS sites.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams for execution of special tasks & business critical assignments such as OPEX control & cost optimization initiatives.
  • Review and finalize RCA for any major network incident. Technical Evaluation of vendors (TE Pool Member from North Engineering).

Education:

  • Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication) from recognized

Work Experience:

  • Should have at least 10+ years of experience in relevant domain

Skillset:

  • Should be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
  • Must be result oriented, dynamic and have team working abilities.
  • Should have overall experience and knowledge of operations and its functions.
  • Have ability to work under challenging environment and ensure time management.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, dispute resolution skills.
  • Result oriented and meets targets on time.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom operations, audits and compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Must have strong presentation, excel and project management skills.
  • Stakeholder management, Excellent coordination, communication, report writing and follow-up skills.
  • Able to handle pressures & emergencies, able to bring cohesion and build the team as one unit.
