  • Review, implement, and ensure compliance with contracts & processes as per company policy.
  • Assist the supervisor in overseeing, planning, monitoring, and tracking regional responsibilities, projects, and tasks.
  • Contribute to policy formulation, process improvement, risk identification, and the development of internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist RCTO/Deputy Director & FOPS Manager in managing and standardizing field operations.
  • Coordinate with regional and HQ stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
  • Support regional FOPs in timely reconciliation of KPIs & penalties as per SLA & KPIs of MS contract.
  • Coordinate with MS vendors & FOPs for contract compliance, penalties, payments, and cash flow management.
  • Manage electricity for the region, including load criteria, bill reconciliation, transformer & load enhancements, and liaising with authorities for billing issues.
  • Oversee fuel management for BTS, Core sites, & Repeaters in North region, ensuring targets are met.
  • Follow up on fuel control, faults, transactions, and discrepancies with vendors & FOPs.
  • Manage security operations for North region, identify risks, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate theft reporting, recoveries, and resolve issues with authorities and site owners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization and special projects.
  • Review and finalize root cause analysis for network incidents and evaluate vendors technically.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized institution.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years in relevant domain.

Skillset:

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Result-oriented, dynamic, with strong team skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operations, compliance, and telecom functions.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and report writing skills.
  • Capable of handling pressure and emergencies, fostering team cohesion.
