- Align cross-functional teams on projects and follow up regularly
- Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities
- Micro-manage key markets and channels, creating action plans accordingly
- Understand the media landscape in Pakistan and collaborate with media, outdoor, and digital agencies on media plans
- Coordinate with third parties/agencies for launches, events, and activations
- Manage the P&L of the portfolio
- Work with the brand development team on strategy, innovation, and communication calendars
- Be flexible to travel and conduct market visits and consumer meetings

- Good multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze retail audit and consumer panel data
- Understanding of Pakistan's media landscape
- Knowledge of P&L to work on pricing scenarios and cost control with supply chain
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- At least 2 years of brand management experience
