About the Role:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute data-driven campaigns that fuel our brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales. You'll work across Meta, Google, email, and influencer platforms to make BOXER RING stand out in the ring and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other channels.

Manage social media content strategy and drive engagement across platforms.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions.

Stay ahead of trends in fitness marketing, social algorithms, and digital tools.

Manage influencer partnerships and UGC content strategy (optional but preferred).

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion/fitness.

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, etc).

Creative and analytical mindset — you know how to test, scale, and win.

Basic understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Figma is a plus.

Passion for fitness, sportswear, or lifestyle branding is a huge bonus.
