Technical Solutions Specialist / Tech Operations Coordinator

Position: Technical Solutions Specialist / Tech Operations Coordinator

Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Lahore Office)

Level: Intermediate (2–4 years experience)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Specialist to manage and improve our internal tools, software, and integrations. This person will help our teams work faster and smarter by automating processes, setting up systems, and supporting day-to-day tech operations.

Tool Integration & Automation

Set up and connect tools like CRM, Project Management, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.

Automate repetitive tasks using platforms like Zapier or Make.com

Basic Development & Scripting

Work on web scraping tasks and data collection from websites

Tech Support for Internal Teams

Help teams with tool access, setup, and minor tech issues

Manage user permissions, software licenses, and tool onboarding

Process Optimization

Research and suggest useful AI or productivity tools

Create simple dashboards or reports for tracking performance

Documentation & Maintenance

Keep records of tool setup, workflows, and access

Required Skills:

Familiar with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.)

Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Odoo, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)

Understanding of how APIs and integrations work

Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

Able to research tools and figure out how to implement them

2–4 years of experience in a tech/admin/automation role

Problem-solver and tech-savvy

Comfortable working full-time at our office

Curious to learn and grow with the company

Able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision

Full-Time

Location: On-site at Lahore office

Compensation: Market-competitive, based on experience and skill level

Probation: 3 months initial review period
