Key Responsibilities
  • Support the organization in increased alignment with the Haleon Quality and manufacturing system requirements for the manufacture of pharmaceutical drugs, Over the Counter (OTC) drugs and Medical Devices.
  • Support compliance efforts across the following areas:
  • Training
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA's)
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Non-conformance Reports
  • Audits
  • Calibration verification
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Quality Checks
Skills And Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a cGMP (Clinical Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
  • Experience in a Compliance role
  • Experience assessing individual and team performance
  • Auditing experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Work Model

We have implemented a Hybrid Working model (Home office). Home office in the country of employment is permitted for all employees whose position allows it.
