Next Pharco, a growing pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire an experienced Manager HR to lead its Human Resources department at the Sundar Industrial Estate location in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to contribute strategically to the organization's culture, performance, compliance, and people development.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive leader with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. You will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle and playing a key role in building a collaborative, compliant, and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding

Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with applicable labor laws

Lead conflict resolution, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

Ensure organizational compliance with labor regulations and internal standards

Promote a collaborative and productive culture through leadership and strategic HR initiatives

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership capabilities in policy implementation and people management

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
