Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid advertising, analytics, and content strategy across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for e-commerce brands on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
  • Generate client reports with actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, especially in the e-commerce space.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in running successful paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels, customer journeys, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce marketing integrations.
