Customer Experience Specialist

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Inbound call queue management and outbound communications through calls, emails, and texts
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitors

Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Sales techniques applied in a customer service environment
  • Office productivity software skills
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping and handling cash experience preferred
