We are looking for an Email Marketer / Lead Generator to drive targeted outreach campaigns and generate high-quality leads. If you have experience in email marketing, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
  • Develop effective lead generation strategies across various platforms.
  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance.
  • Use CRM systems to maintain and update lead databases.
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for better conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on best practices in email marketing and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and funnels.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation is a plus.
