Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Associate to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. You'll be working with advanced CRM, email automation, and LinkedIn prospecting tools to connect with decision-makers and drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads through targeted research and outreach.

Manage and update lead data in Salesforce or HubSpot.

Execute and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot, Instantly, and Apollo.

Use Skrapp and similar tools to find accurate contact details.

Prospect using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Helper for connections and messaging.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through follow-ups and relationship building.

Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support deal closures.

Track and report outreach metrics and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Tools Experience

Proven experience in Lead Generation or Business Development (B2B preferred).

Hands-on expertise with:

Instantly (cold email automation)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to achieve and exceed lead generation targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital sales and marketing workflows.
