About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a sales and business development career in the IT or services sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)

* Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and goals

* Assist in writing proposals and performing follow-ups with prospects

* Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for senior sales staff

* Maintain and update CRM systems and lead tracking sheets

* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Required Skills

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Excellent research and problem-solving abilities

* Fast learner with a passion for sales and client engagement

* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
