Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong industry knowledge and experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, forming strategic partnerships, and identifying high-impact opportunities within the CRO space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically identify and secure new business opportunities in the clinical research domain.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare partners.

  • Lead proposal development including timelines, pricing models, and client presentations.

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Represent Minerva Research Solution at national/international conferences and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations.

  • Regularly update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales and performance reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2years of business development experience in CRO/pharma/clinical research industry.

  • In-depth understanding of clinical trials, GCP, regulatory affairs, and sponsor engagement.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Experience with international clients and global trial markets is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to work night shifts and travel when required.

Work Schedule & Timings
  • Monday to Friday

  • 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT)

  • Transport facility provided for female staff.
