
Senior Business Developer

Zenth Solution is a dynamic and innovative tech startup dedicated to providing cutting-edge software solutions to our clients worldwide. We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can help us expand our global reach and achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and create new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (candidates with 2+ years of experience may also apply).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a night-shift role.
- Proficiency in client management and CRM tools is a plus.
