Job Summary:

CareCloud, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager Finance – Revenue to lead the revenue accounting and reporting function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the daily, monthly, and annual revenue cycles, ensuring accurate financial reporting, team coordination, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share daily Flash Reports with management, highlighting actual revenue vs. planned figures.
  • Lead the posting, verification, allocation, and reconciliation of revenue transactions.
  • Supervise and ensure the timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Manage and guide the revenue accounting team; delegate tasks, answer queries, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and review revenue schedules, dashboards, and reports for senior management and external auditors.
  • Resolve client queries related to invoices and revenue statements.
  • Liaise with the technical team for the development and customization of revenue reports in Oracle.
  • Oversee the monthly invoicing process: ensure timely recording in Oracle, accurate printing, and dispatch to clients.
  • Lead the revenue integration process for new acquisitions, including coordination, delegation, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with CareCloud's and MTBC's information security and privacy policies.
  • Report to senior management on operational progress, process gaps, and client issues.
  • Ensure protection of financial data and assets against unauthorized access, modification, or loss.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in revenue accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in revenue recognition, financial reporting, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Healthcare IT or SaaS industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to SOX compliance or audit management is a plus.
