We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to support key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and payroll tracking. If you have at least two years of HR experience in the IT Industry, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and regularly update physical and digital personnel records and employee files
  • Contribute actively in planning the recruitment cycle of new hiring requirements and implement them
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Generate offer letters and contract letters for the selected candidates issue them
  • Ensure onboarding of new hires is conducted smoothly
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Gather and maintain payroll data like bank accounts
  • Track the attendance of all staff and maintain record
  • Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for the staff in excel format
  • Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters
  • Coordinate employee separation cases and ensure all clearance is done in timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities on regular basis
  • Payroll preparation and management
  • Other tasks relevant to role as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or Assistant or similar role in the IT Industry
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using MS Suite (Excel and Word etc.)
  • Organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and to take initiative
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
