As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and distribution management, supervising the sales team, monitoring daily sales and stock levels, controlling market returns and analyzing data.

Job Specification
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Distribution Management: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Sales Team Supervision: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets, provide coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Daily Sales & Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Market Return Control & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback and sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Operations Monitoring: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree and 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. You will need to work at our distribution setup with continuous travelling, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
