The Regional Channel Manager at Techtrix System is responsible for overseeing and executing the channel sales strategy across a defined region. This role focuses on expanding the reach of the company's offerings by managing a network of System Integrators (SIs), resellers, and distribution partners. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure high-performing channel ecosystems that consistently deliver on revenue and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Regional Channel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement regional channel sales plans aligned with national objectives.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within the region and design partner engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment of regional channel efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand positioning.
2. Partner Network Management
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential System Integrators (SIs) and resellers in the region
  • Regularly evaluate partner performance and apply tiered engagement strategies based on revenue contribution and market reach.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in partner organizations.
3. Sales Target Achievement
  • Own and deliver on assigned regional sales targets through the channel partner network.
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, define KPIs, and ensure sales pipeline health.
  • Track and accelerate deal closures, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in sales forecasting.
4. Partner Enablement & Development
  • Lead the development of regional partner enablement programs including onboarding, product training, and certifications.
  • Equip partners with marketing material, technical collateral, pricing tools, and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and implement corrective actions where needed.
5. Funnel Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and manage a detailed channel sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ensure accurate opportunity tracking, funnel velocity, and regular reporting of regional sales performance.
  • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to internal stakeholders for product or strategy improvement.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, sales operations, logistics, and finance to support partner success.
  • Work with marketing teams to launch regional channel campaigns, events, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Ensure partner compliance with commercial policies, pricing structures, and incentive programs.
7. Leadership & Team Oversight
  • Lead a team of Channel Sales Executives or Territory Managers (if applicable).
  • Coach and guide team members in partner relationship building, negotiation, and account development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate certification is preferred.

Experience:

  • 7–8 years of experience in channel sales or partner management , with at least 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Experience in sectors such as IT, Telecom, Security Solutions, or Automation is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and SI-led business models.
  • Proven track record of target achievement and funnel ownership.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.

Working conditions:

  • Regional travel is a core part of the role (up to 40–60% travel depending on territory coverage).
  • Office-based reporting with flexible hours depending on partner schedules and regional demands.
