We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven CISO Sales Director to lead our strategic sales initiatives targeted at Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security leaders. This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep cybersecurity expertise and a strong network within the enterprise CISO community. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building trusted client relationships, and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address evolving threat landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process focused on CISO-level engagements, from prospecting and solution development to contract negotiation and closing.
  2. Client Engagement: Develop deep, trusted relationships with CISOs and senior security stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and cybersecurity pain points.
  3. Strategic Targeting: Build and execute a sales strategy targeting major listed 1000 and high-value enterprise clients across verticals.
  4. Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, panels, and webinars to establish presence and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
  6. Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure CRM data accuracy and timely reporting.
  7. Team Building: Mentor junior sales staff and help scale the sales team as the organization grows.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or related B2B technology.
  2. Proven success selling to CISOs and security decision-makers.
  3. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threats, and solutions (e.g., XDR, SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, etc.).
  4. Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales processes.
  6. Existing network of CISO relationships is highly desirable.
  7. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.

  2. Strategic mindset with a strong bias for action.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  4. Familiarity with compliance/regulations (NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.).
