Role Overview Summary

The Finance Coordinator will provide financial support and expert advice on financial operations, cash and bank management, financial accounting systems, payroll, including audit liaison, to ensure an efficient, secure, and controlled financial environment in compliance with VSO policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Ideal Applicant Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing grant finances for medium-sized funds, with deep familiarity with international donor regulations. They'll hold qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA, or demonstrate equivalent expertise in finance and accounting. Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel and SUN Systems is essential, along with the ability to build financial capacity in local teams.
