IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible to perform GAP analysis of Access, Core & transmission network, identify opportunities for improvement, provide suggestions and coordination with respective stakeholders till resolution. Probe based Solution understanding, TCP/UDP, OTT & user level (Groups) analysis and demarcation of issues. Providing data and analysis to respective stakeholders for strategic or operational decisions

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Network Performance Index development (NPI), reporting and analysis with improvement opportunities &Coordination till resolution
  • Internally Developed Weekly/Daily Dashboard Monitoring, Issue Escalations & Resolutions. Explore opportunities to automate internal reports on Power BI/Tableau & Different AI based initiatives.
  • SEQ Solution reporting and analysis with demarcation of issues. TCP/UDP & OTT as well as user groups reporting and analysis
  • E2E City analysis including all nodes (Microwave, Access, Core, users) & CEM, reporting with improvement opportunities & Coordination till resolution
  • Network GAP analysis, weekly & monthly analysis of low performing areas/Cities/Clusters
  • Supporting management for smooth functional working; Monthly and quarterly meetings with persistent issues impacting Network

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • BSc. Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering/ Data Analytics and automation certification
  • 2G/3G/LTE Technologies
  • RF/Tx/Core expertise
  • IP Network/OTT Applications
