Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring as a "HR Shift Supervisor" for our Client.

Position: HR Shift Supervisor
Location: Korangi Indutrial Area
Education: Intermediate or Graduate
Gender: Male
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Timings: 9Hrs (Rotational)

Job Description:
The Shift Supervisor will oversee the management of labor and client relations on behalf of our Fulcrum, ensuring that all operations adhere to client instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves supervising daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Labor Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all labor on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure staff adherence to client-specific SOPs and guidelines.
  • Address any labor-related issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives during the shift.
  • Ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on labor performance and other relevant matters.

Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all client-specific procedures and safety protocols.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports, including labor hours, incidents, and client interactions.

Training and Development:

  • Train new and existing staff on client-specific SOPs and best practices.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for staff development and improvement.

Problem-Solving:

  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent disruptions.
  • Handle emergency situations effectively and make informed decisions under pressure.

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete necessary documentation and reporting related to shift operations.
  • Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and client feedback.
