Job Title: HR Intern

Location: House No. 222, Johar Town, Lahore.

Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

Duration: 3 Months

Work Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team during the night shift. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while working with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist with HR documentation (contracts, policies, letters).
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Comfortable with night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
