Recruiter of Trainers (Analysts/Cold Callers)

Position: Recruiter of Trainers – (Cold Callers & Research Analysts)
Type: Contract / Freelance (Self-Employed)
Location: Remote (Flexible Hours within UK Time Zone)

Compensation:
You can earn $400 for successfully recruiting 120 Trainers (Cold Caller or Analyst Trainers), provided that each recruited trainer ensures at least one trainee makes a valid expert submission.

Payment Terms:
Submissions are due by the 1st of each month. Payments are processed within 3 working days and typically received by the 7th.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and recruit Cold Caller and Research Analyst Trainers
  2. Ensure each trainer understands their role, completes onboarding, and actively manages at least one trainee through to a valid submission
  3. Provide guidance and expectation-setting for trainers during onboarding
  4. Track performance of trainers and assist with quality control
  5. Maintain professionalism and follow all data protection and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements:
  1. Experience in recruitment, sales hiring, or training roles
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills
  3. Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  4. Familiarity with remote hiring and training environments
  5. Knowledge of cold calling, research analysis, or B2B outreach is a plus
Important Notes:
This is a self-employed opportunity. You are responsible for managing your own tax obligations.
Performance-based criteria must be met to qualify for the stated compensation.
