We are committed to developing innovative software solutions for leading enterprises around the world, helping them grow their businesses using the latest technology solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft OpenAI & Copilot specialist to lead the integration and optimization of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing generative AI models, automating business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through intelligent assistants and copilots across productivity tools.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot within Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint to enhance user productivity and workflow automation.
  • Leverage Azure OpenAI Services (GPT, Codex, Embeddings, etc.) to build custom AI solutions tailored to business use cases.
  • Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and implement Copilot/ChatGPT-based solutions.
  • Integrate OpenAI models with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for intelligent workflows and insights.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise-grade copilots using Azure AI Studio, semantic search, and grounding data with enterprise content.
  • Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant use of generative AI across the organization.
  • Monitor and optimize AI performance using Azure Monitor, Content Safety, and responsible AI practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure scalable AI model deployment and data readiness.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and use-case design.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT-4, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience building AI solutions using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Familiarity with AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, and semantic indexing.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance in the AI domain.
  • Programming knowledge in Python, C#, or PowerShell for scripting and API integration.
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into AI solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Power Platform (preferred).
