Lead AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to drive the integration and optimization of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.

This role will be critical in driving business growth through AI innovation and ensuring the organization's AI strategy aligns with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Azure OpenAI Service Integration: Leverage GPT-4, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning to build custom AI solutions tailored to business use cases.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Integration: Integrate OpenAI models with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI for intelligent workflows and insights.
  • Copilot Deployment: Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot within Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint to enhance user productivity and workflow automation.
  • AI Model Development: Develop and deploy enterprise-grade copilots using Azure AI Studio, semantic search, and grounding data with enterprise content.
  • Responsible AI Practices: Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant use of generative AI across the organization.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize AI performance using Azure Monitor, Content Safety, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI technologies.
  • Mission-Critical Skills: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and use-case design, Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT-4, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Experience building AI solutions using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API, Strong communication skills to translate business needs into AI solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Programming knowledge in Python, C#, or PowerShell for scripting and API integration, Familiarity with AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, and semantic indexing.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Power Platform (preferred).
