To manage all circulation activities.

To appoint and manage news agents local and outstation.

To arrange/manage folding & forwarding agents.

Devise and manage sales mechanism.

Liaison with hawkers to increase sales.

Manage delivery of complementary copies.

Manage the forwarding of newspapers to other stations.

Supervise the dispatch process.

Liaison with press manager.

Manage circulation accounts and recover payments.

To supervise newspaper stalls and work to improve display and visibility.

Manage return from local news agents.

Liaison with accounts department.

Job Specification

The applicant must possess the following BOQs:

  1. Must possess a minimum graduate degree.
  2. Must have relevant experience working in circulation of a nationally circulated newspaper.
  3. Should have a proven record of excellence and high achievements.
