Junior Business AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements. This role will involve assisting in the development of solutions to enhance business processes and systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Assist in creating functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus.
  • Previous internship or work experience in business analysis or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and practices is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
