Job Description: Junior Technical Software Business Analyst (Mobile Apps - Evening Shift)

Position: Junior Software Business Analyst (Mobile Apps)

Shift: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Business Analyst specializing in mobile applications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team by gathering requirements, analyzing user needs, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with mobile app development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders (clients, product managers, developers) to understand business needs.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
  • Maintain clear documentation for development and QA teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and developers.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Review test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate that the developed features meet business requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app development, UX/UI, and business analysis methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering.
  • 6 months to 2 years in Technical Business Analysis, Project Management or Mobile App Development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and mobile app architectures.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in evening shift.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams.
