About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team, specifically in the Mobile Apps domain. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or a completed internship in business analysis to advance their career in a fast-paced tech environment.

Please note: This role is strictly for Business Analysts. Candidates with a background in software development or data analysis will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing user stories, business cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support the Product and Development teams in translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to understand project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis relevant to mobile applications.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure accurate testing based on defined requirements.
  • Help identify areas for product or process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Junior Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst (Internship experience will be considered).
  • Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and user-centric design principles.
  • Strong skills in documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
