Job Purpose

A candidate should be a role model with a business-oriented approach, capable of making informed decisions, managing projects, enhancing DICT sales revenues, and formulating end-to-end corporate solutions to achieve the company's business goals and contribute to DICT portfolio prosperity.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Bring in new business in the DICT domain.
  2. Oversee sales and presales activities within the DICT domain.
  3. Manage DICT portfolio development regionally.
  4. Thoroughly understand tender documents and RFPs, extract customer requirements related to DICT, and prepare technical and financial proposals.
  5. Obtain quotations from OEM manufacturers and distributors.
  6. Coordinate with customers and corporate sales to gather requirements and consolidate DICT equipment, services, and software.
  7. Manage DICT sales funnel for regional opportunities and leads.
  8. Engage channel partners for bids, tenders, and RFPs, especially when technical participation is required during pre-bid meetings.
  9. Lead RFP projects and tenders of various sizes.
  10. Negotiate effectively with channel partners to meet business objectives.
  11. Coordinate with customers and sales teams for requirements collection and project delivery.
  12. Arrange training and certifications for sales, presales, and post-sales teams in coordination with HQ.
  13. Troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity problems, and monitor network performance as needed.
  14. Coordinate with relevant teams for FSA contracts with managed service partners.
  15. Develop contracts in collaboration with customers, legal, and product teams.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills)

Education: BE in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering. MS/MBA preferred.

Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
