ElintRCM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the medical billing and RCM industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and sales growth, helping healthcare providers optimize their revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Engage potential clients, understand their medical billing and RCM needs, and present ElintRCM's services.
Set up appointments and follow up with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
Maintain a prospect database and track sales progress through the pipeline.
Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the medical billing and RCM industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience in cold calling and email prospecting.
Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and RCM processes (preferred).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
