Responsibilities:
  1. Read and interpret error codes flashed on devices.
  2. Swap out hardware components.
  3. Trace faults using diagnostic devices and software.
  4. Assist support staff of other service providers.
  5. Work may require staggered shifts and travel to sites.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
  7. Manage inventory, supervise stock flow, and keep detailed records of goods entering or leaving the stockroom.
  8. Control and oversee inventory ordering and storage.
  9. Update inventory records and apply common inventory management techniques.
  10. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on IT stock and trend analysis on common device failures.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry-standard training and certifications, including A+ certification or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years.
  • Experience in warranty hardware repair of HP, Dell, and Lenovo devices, including parts ordering, repair/replacement, and return of defective parts.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows OS, with ability to resolve issues or perform full rebuilds.
  • Familiarity with OSX, iOS, and Android OS for end-user support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and desktop services.
  • Ability to use knowledge articles to resolve client-specific application issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently solve common IT issues and exercise judgment within procedures.
  • Ability to analyze information, provide insights, and make recommendations.
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and conversational in local language.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams on multiple projects.
