Salary: 80k to 90k+OPD+Health Insurance+Paid Leaves & Provident Fund.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our sales team with administrative tasks, accounts receivable management, contract administration, and commercial proposal preparation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and proficiency in handling commercial documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable & Recovery:
  • Conduct telephonic and email follow-ups for outstanding payments and account recoveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments and follow-up actions.
  • Contract Management:
  • Manage all existing and future sales agreements, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Track contract renewals, payment terms, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) expirations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
  • Commercial Proposal Preparation:
  • Prepare and review commercial proposal documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and terms.
  • Commercial Reporting:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain sales records and customer databases.
  • Price Control & Monitoring:
  • Monitor pricing strategies and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Update price lists and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development Support:
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Assist the sales team in lead qualification and initial outreach.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales administration, accounts receivable, or contract management.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-generation tools.
