Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate at our brand consultancy, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement. You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Your role will involve managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.
– Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and content distribution platforms.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility (SEO).
– Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on search engines and social media platforms.
-Develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
– Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools and providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
– Identify trends and insights from campaign data to inform optimization strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
– Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the team and clients.
– Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets.
– Monitor and manage online reputation by monitoring brand mentions and responding to customer inquiries or reviews.
– Stay informed about changes in digital marketing platforms and algorithms, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly.
– Provide recommendations for website optimization, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall brand strategies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and content creators.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred but not required.
