We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will primarily be responsible for deploying social media programs and technologies to create innovative and creative campaigns in support of product brand and marketing initiatives. The candidate must possess the ability to write and understand HTML code and retain hands-on experience in managing and marketing digital properties that includes SEO and SEM campaigns. Key job duties will include interfacing with and utilizing social media tool sets (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn among others). At least 2 years prior experience in an interactive field is compulsory.

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands on design of conceptual pitch materials, demos and marketing materials.
  2. Developing and analyzing marketing strategies against set standards for each company brand.
  3. Responsible for dynamic social media marketing on Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels.
  4. Stay current with design/interactive/marketing trends and find innovative ways to share them throughout the organization.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  2. Must have excellent English and creative writing proficiency.
  3. Significant interactive brand-building experience and online marketing campaign development.
  4. Experience in campaign and web analytics and reporting.
  5. Strong design sensibility and the ability to sell ideas.
  6. Ability to balance and lead projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
