A well-known American-based luxury brand is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the entire portfolio in Pakistan. The person will be responsible for controlling the distribution, delivering net revenue, profits, and share objectives with designated distributors in Pakistan. You will lead the joint business plans that create value with our partners by developing Coty brands in the market via leveraging in-store excellence, marketing, and commercial plans ensuring distributor collaboration and consistency.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver volume, net revenue, and market share objectives in the assigned region.
  2. Develop a Joint Business Plan with distributors, including business objectives, commercial plan, and success measures to create a strong relationship at the account and a point of difference vs. competition.
  3. Deliver on expectations of initiatives and key business priorities, as identified in the GTM strategy.
  4. Manage budgets with discipline and Company guidelines and deliver financial stewardship through trade terms.
  5. Develop the distributor organization to meet current and future business needs.
  6. Regularly assess sales competencies by Area and/or Region to focus Capability objectives and measure skill growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. At least 12+ years of experience in Regional Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG or Luxury Beauty sector.
  2. Experience working with multiple distributors in Pakistan.
  3. Experience with different perfumery/beauty/luxury beauty chains in Pakistan is a must.
  4. Proven track record of managing budgets and P&L.
  5. Experience managing multiple sales channels, e.g. department stores, hyper/supermarkets, perfumeries, retailers.
  6. Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.
  7. Fluent in English and Urdu is a must.
  8. University degree in Business.
  9. Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
