About Us:
We are a growing and dynamic organization looking to bring on board a results-driven Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations. If you're ACCA-qualified and passionate about financial accuracy, compliance, and process optimization, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with a strong focus on accountability and transparency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and report on chargeability and financial performance across departments/projects
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems
- Support business decisions with financial insights and risk analysis
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
- ACCA qualification (completed or finalist)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Demonstrated experience in managing chargeability and accountability within teams or departments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
