Job Description:

Coderzhunt is looking for a Sales Associate with experience in Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms to generate leads, craft winning sales pitches, and close deals. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication and writing skills to engage clients, submit persuasive proposals/cover letters, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Bidding: Identify potential projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru and submit compelling proposals/cover letters to acquire clients from these platforms.
  2. Sales Pitches: Craft persuasive sales messages and communicate effectively with international clients.
  3. Client Communication: Engage in professional discussions, understand client requirements, and build strong relationships.
  4. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Convert leads into long-term business partnerships through effective negotiation.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and optimize bidding strategies for better success rates.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–1 year of experience in online IT sales and freelance platforms.
  • Proven success in winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional English communication & writing skills (must be fluent in written and spoken English).
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills to close deals efficiently.
  • Understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated & target-driven with the ability to work independently.
