Responsibilities:
  1. Research and cold outreach, find, solicit, and qualify new business possibilities.
  2. Establish and maintain close connections with clients by learning about their needs and providing suitable software.
  3. Deliver persuasive and personalized sales presentations to clients to highlight our software products and services.
  4. Achieve and surpass sales targets to support the company's revenue and growth plans.
  5. Spot possibilities for growth, keep up with market changes, competition activity, and industry trends.
  6. Assist in contract negotiations and closings to provide favorable terms for both clients and the business.
  7. Work collaboratively with the product development and marketing teams to ensure consistency in message and product availability.
  8. Keep thorough records of your sales activity, and provide management frequent reports.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree (recommended) in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  2. A track record of success in company development and sales in the software sector.
  3. Strong presenting, bargaining, and communication abilities.
  4. Self-driven and competent to function both individually and in a group.
  5. Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software.
  6. Knowledge of software services and products is an advantage.
  7. Driven by results and has a history of hitting or surpassing sales quotas.
